How to request AWS SES production access?

We recommend verifying an email address or domain before requesting production access from AWS. You can check this article to help you do it.

In order to utilize your CampaignHQ account to send campaigns through Amazon SES, it is necessary to obtain production access by following these steps:

1. Request an increase in your sending quota through Amazon Simple Email Service page.
2. Ensure that the region of your AWS account matches the selected region in CampaignHQ. To modify the region, select its name located in the upper right corner, and click on it.
3. Select the checkbox adjacent to “Sending quota” and click on “Request quota increase”.

   

4. Enter the desired sending limit, you can start with 50,000, in the field provided and click on “Request”.

   

5. After submitting the request, you should receive a response within 48 hours, typically sooner. You may review your active cases in the Quota Request History tab.
